NFC Agroprocessing Ltd

NFC Agroprocessing Ltd (”NFC” or the ”Company”) is a food processing and water packaging company based in Benue State. The Company operates a water packaging factory which has a capacity to produce 10,400 cartons of bottled water and 64,000 bags of sachet water monthly.

MCM’s initial investment was to finance the Company’s working capital needs.

 

Sterling Realties Development Company Ltd

Sterling Realties Development Company Ltd (“SRDC” or the “Company”) is a real estate development company incorporated in 2003. The Company commenced operations in 2015 and has varied interests in general property development.

MCM’s initial investment in the Company is towards developing a 50 hectare beach front real estate project in Lekki, Lagos State. The project when completed will provide infrastructure for 292 serviced plots which will be sold to the general public.

 

Sterling Virtual Office Ltd

Sterling Virtual Office Ltd (“SVO” or the “Company”) is a serviced office provider based in Lagos State. The Company commenced operations in 2013 leasing two office spaces in Ikoyi with a combined lettable floor area of c.1,000 sqm.

MCM provided the seed capital required to establish the company and raised follow-on funding from other investors for working capital.

 

Inkblot Productions Ltd

Inkblot Productions Ltd (“Inkblot” or the “Company”) is a film production company based in Lagos State that produces feature films and television series.

MCM invested in Inkblot’s three-movie slate, which includes a sequel to the blockbuster movie ”The Wedding Party”. The investment was made through a private entity established specifically for the movie projects.
